Reporting time and venue
Meet at VCH 2nd floor at 4 pm. Report to the teacher to have your attendance taken. For pupils who have not submitted the consent form, ensure that you do either with the reply slip or send an email consent to Ms Tan. (tan_jiak_shiang_mavis@nyps.edu.sg)
Attire
Choir uniform should be well-pressed, but please take care not to burn the delicate satin material by having a handkerchief placed between the iron and the uniform.
Socks must be plain white, without lace, folded neatly to the ankle with black shoes.
Hair
Girls' hair, if long, should be neatly tied up, kept away from the face.
For those with short hair, do clip it up neatly if it is too thick.
Use some gel or hairpins where necessary.
Make-up
Do report at VCH with face foundation, rouge and lipstick. Touching up of lipstick will be done after dinner.
Items to bring along
Bring sufficient water and cardigan, if needed.
Parent pick-up
Parent pick-up is at the ground floor main foyer of VCH at the estimated time of 9:30pm. Do inform the teachers before leaving with your child/ward for accountability.
