After the practice today, we are clearer of the expectations.
1) Pls report at Gardens by the Bay, Information Counter at 6 pm.
The Information Counter is in front of a Gift Shop. It is also in front of the drop off point.
The stage is actually at Supertree Grove.
2) Once you report, please join your children and be with us. We will proceed to the Holding area
3) At around 7 pm, we will proceed to the Super Grove Stage area.
After the Band performance (Minion Band performance), we will move to the front stage area to sit.
4) The soloists will sit near the stage. They will proceed up the stage one by one, then followed by the choir members.
5) The members will be on stage. Parents will stay around and join in the fun.
6) Pupils to be dismissed at the holding area at around 7.45 pm.
As its a Saturday and many parents reflected that they prefer to send their children to the venue itself, please let me (tan_jiak_shiang@nyps.edu.sg) know if you have any concern regarding the transport getting there.
