Dear Choir members,
Please take not of the information below:
On 26th May (Arts Carnival):
1) All of you are singing in 2 concerts; Concert 3 (3.30pm-5pm) and Gala Night Concert (7pm to 9pm)
2) Please hang your choir costume with a hanger and paste a piece of paper on the hanger that bears your
name.
3) The holding area for Choir is JPC room; Parent-Teacher Association Room. It is just opposite the
school's library.
4) Miss Yong will mark your attendance. Section Group Leaders pls also help her.
5) Please meet in the JPC room at 2.30pm. Parent volunteers will help you to makeup.
6) After your concert 3 performance, pls change and hang your costume.
7) Dinner is provided around 6pm
4F students, please remember to wear your school's costume to prepare for the Javanese Gamelan item. The Javanese Gamelan is a prelude item. You will finish performing around 7pm. You will then go back to JPC room to change into your choir costume to get ready.
Gala Night Concert will start at 7pm.
8) As there is a Finale item, choir members will need to stay till 9pm. Pls learn the song 南小，我的母亲. The CD of the song can be found in your 童声稚曲 3 book that was distributed last year.
Miss Tan and Mdm Ang will not be able to be around with you. Xin Rou, group leaders and sectional leaders, pls learn to take care of our members.
On Rehearsal Day (25th May)
There will be rehearsal scheduled on Fri 2 to 4pm.
SYF Presentation Preparation
Choir members, we will schedule practice during June holiday. It is neccessary. For the SYF presentation, we need to sing Music Comes, Sing a Song of Six Pence, Mo li Hua and an English song that is suppose to be light-hearted.
All pupils who participated in SYF are all compulsory to take part in this. As the performance will be on 19th and 20th July. I need to get your particulars as MOE needs the namelist for the programme booklet. We will issue consent forms and pls reply me as soon as possible because MOE has a deadline to meet.
