Important Information for members going to Prague

Dear members

During the briefing, the booklet which contains the iternary, general informtion (including the adapters for electrical equipment), suggested packing lists, some SOPs and information about Prague.

Important Things to Bring
Some important things to note that the children have to bring that are not listed in the booklet/ I find extremely important are the following:
  1. Performance Uniform for Girls: Red jacket (tailored- to be taken off last minute), Dress (tailored), Black leggings. tights (must be warm), Black socks (warm socks please) if the tights don't fit into the shoes, black shoes. Thermals under the uniform.
  2. Performace Uniform for Boys: Red jacket (tailored- to be taken off last minute), Shirt and Pants (tailored), waistcoat (tailored), Black socks (warm socks please), black shoes. Thermals under the uniform.  
  3. Booklet that was given out on 8 March.
Please do check that your children pack all these into their luggage with the thermals they need to put on (once they arrive in Prague airport) on the TOPMOST Layer of their luggage. Also please ensure that they carry a jacket on board the plane in case the plane and airports are too cold for them.

Early departures for 2 children:
There will be 2 children who are coming back earlier so that they can take part in the RI Competition on 26 March. They are Christopher and Yi Zhen. Your returning flight details are as follows:

Final Cost of the Trip
We are still trying to work out the final cost of the trip because there has been many last minute changes to flight requirements to cater to the different needs of pupils.
